‘Modern Warfare 3′ – $400 Million in 24 Hours
Statistics have been released for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and, to no huge surprise, the video game has made over $400 million dollars in just 24 hours of being released.
The latest release has broken records by selling over 6.5 million copies of the game in the US and U.K. alone.
Along with the massive sales came a proportionate amount of reviews from both critics and gamers. Interestingly, gamers were more harsh than the critics – giving it just 3.1 out of 10 on Metacritic, whereas the critics gave it an 89 out of 100 on Xbox 360.
