Nook Tablet Restricts Storage
It has been discovered that the Nook Tablet by Barnes & Noble restricts the storage space available on the new tablet.
Users have noticed that despite having a 16GB hard drive – something that is double the size of the Kindle Fire – users can only download 1GB of data that isn’t directly from Barnes & Noble.
Of course, you are able to use removable memory on the Nook Tablet to boost that 1GB number (unlike on the Kindle Fire), but it is still a restriction that will require an additional product to download any extensive amount of multimedia.
The 1GB number has been confirmed by Barnes & Noble – although they claim that adjustments may be made in the future.
